Line the course up, rotate the heading in.

Compass doesn't seem to be aligned correctly so computations are off by 1 or 2 degrees occasionally. Some distances are a bit awkward where one waypoint sits under the "course heading" line and the other sits off the side of the rotating wheel. This makes it a bit difficult as the "course heading" area is cut back a bit.
General Comments
Not much technology here. Straight edge with distances and the rotating plotter makes for quick work of finding headings. Paired with a Sporty's Electronic E6B, you are an unstoppable force!

Works fairly well. Much easier to use than a regular plotter.
Cons
The two reciprical values indicated are not 180 degrees apart, as they should be. By averaging the amount they are off, you can get a fairly accurate measurement.
