Cessna 206/T206 Stationair

206 in flightWhether it's hauling cargo in some remote outback, skimming on floats across a deep North Country lake, taking a family of six on a long-awaited vacation, or bringing a business team face-to-face with an important customer — one legendary aircraft stands alone as the hardest-working piston Single in the business.

It's the new Cessna Stationair: The thoroughbred of workhorse airplanes. And now, for the first time in over a decade, it's emerging fresh from the factory in two new muscled-up, maximum utility versions. Both the normally aspirated Stationair 206 and the Turbo Stationair T206 are powered by big IO-540 Textron Lycoming fuel-injected engines. Displacing 20 cubic inches more than the previous powerplants used on these models, the normally aspirated IO-540-AC1A develops 300 hp at 2700 rpm, while the turbocharged TIO-540-AJ1A goes to 310 hp at 2500 rpm.

You've got power to spare, performance to match, plus all the reliability and longevity you've come to expect from airplanes built to carry the name Cessna. All of which add up to more value for your dollar. And more muscle to get the job done. With Cessna's flying workhorses: the new 206 and T206 Stationairs.
