I have a feeeling that the failures had to do with the extra stress I put on it, using it in a small helicopter (R22). The heavy vibrations and my adjusting with the arm, and not the clamp probably caused the extra strain. I would still highly recommend this to any pilot! |

ConsUnfortunately, the glue used to bind the timer to the holder wasn't able to withstand the heat of the Arizona desert. The timer would periodically fall off of the holder creating a hazardous situation. Duct tape was a convenient fix, but should not have been necessary. General CommentsI would recommend this product if you fly in less than desert like conditions, or do not mind using duct tape. |
