Watch band is cheaply made and difficult to adjust. My jeweler could not get the pins to realign when adjusting because the band sections are not solid. They are thin metal bent into links and distort when removing the link pins, making it difficult to put back together. Two links were completely distorted and had to be removed by the jeweler. (experienced jeweler using the proper tools) Great idea, but could use some improvements. I ended up forking out the extra money and buying a citizen nighthawk. Love AOPA though, and will keep this watch as a good backup. |
