If you visit on a Saturday, you can enjoy our famous weekly cookout. Every Saturday between noon and 2pm, we grill hot dogs, metts, and brats in appreciation of our customers. Meet a new friend around our charcoal grill and share some flying stories. While you’re here, browse our lobby, which includes a Cessna 150 opened up, a jet engine, and our timeline wall that shows the 60-year history of Sporty’s.

Our headset wall allows you to compare the most popular models sideby-side—complete with simulated engine noise. Or talk to our knowledgeable staff about the latest iPad accessories, flight bags, and training materials. Open 10am - 6pm weekdays, 10am - 5pm Saturday, and 11am - 3pm Sunday.

Our airport has a 3700-foot runway with GPS approaches. Sporty’s also hosts a full-service FBO with fuel, hangars, picnic pavilion, and avionics service. Within our airport, we supply vending machines that offer a host of snacks and beverages, and provides spotless public restrooms, including showers. If you are wanting to take a little break, you are welcome to waste away an hour or two sitting on a bench watching airplanes take off and land.
Combine your visit
Finish your visit to Sporty’s by including a tour of the on-airport Tri-State Warbird Museum. The museum is open from 10am - 3pm on Saturdays. There is a special admission rate for Sporty’s fly-in visitors, and there is aircraft parking available on the museum ramp.

Fly In For our fly-in customers, you can find us on the Cincinnati Sectional, just east of Cincinnati. Just enter Direct-To I69 in your GPS. Our full-service FBO offers 100LL AvGas and Jet A. Drive In If you’re driving, Sporty's address is 2001 Sporty's Dr., Batavia, OH 45103. Take I-275 to the Batavia-State Route 32 East exit. Go three miles and take the Olive Branch-Stonelick exit, then follow the airport signs.
