The hat was just what I was looking for.

The hat was advertized to have an ajustable Velcro strap. When the hat arrived, it had metal buckle to ajust the size instead of the Velcro strap. The metal version isn't as comfortable after wearing the hat for a long period. I called your customer service department and explained the above. She was very helpfull but said the factory changed the strap. She took the purchase off my charge card. I'll try a home fix for the hat.
