OFFICIAL RULES
- NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE CHANCE OF WINNING.
- Sporty's Corvette Sweepstakes is open to all individuals; however, to be eligible to win a prize an individual, or the individual's spouse, son, daughter, mother, or father, must have a valid driver's license issued by the appropriate governmental body with jurisdiction of the Prize Winner's residence on June 16, 2010. To enter Sporty's Corvette Sweepstakes simply place an order with, or request a catalog from, Sporty's Preferred Living, Sporty's Tool Shop, Sporty's Men's Collection, or Sporty's Wright Bros. Collection catalog between 5:00 p.m. EDT April 30, 2009, and 5:00 p.m. EDT June 11, 2010 (the "sweepstakes period"). Each time you enter you increase your chances of winning, except additional entries will not result from multiple requests for catalogs. Should an order be placed by one individual and sent to another individual, the person placing the order shall be declared the winner or potential winner. Sporty's Corvette Sweepstakes is not open to the employees of Sportsman's Market, Inc., its affiliates, or members of their families (including spouse, children, parents, brothers, and sisters) living in the same household as the employee. Subject to all state and Federal laws. Void where prohibited by law and in certain states where sweepstakes registration is required. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS SPONSORED BY SPORTSMAN'S MARKET, INC. (the "Sponsor"), CLERMONT COUNTY AIRPORT, BATAVIA, OHIO 45103-9747.
- One Prize winner will receive a model year 2010 Chevrolet Corvette convertible purchased new by Sponsor and delivered to the Prize Winner at Clermont County Airport, Batavia, Ohio. THE APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV") OF THE PRIZE IS $55,000.
- The potential Prize Winner will be determined by a random drawing conducted on or about June 16, 2010 by John D. Reis, a Certified Public Accountant (or other independent CPA designated by Sporty's), whose decision will be final. THE ODDS OF WINNING WILL DEPEND UPON THE NUMBER OF ENTRIES RECEIVED.
- The potential Prize Winner will be notified by mail. Within five days of notification the potential Prize Winner must return a photocopy of his/her driver's license and an advertising/publicity/liability release signed by the potential Prize Winner (or the Prize Winner's parent or legal guardian if Prize Winner is a minor). If a Prize Winner or potential Prize Winner declines to accept the prize, or in the event notification cannot be accomplished within ten days of the first notification attempt, the Prize Winner or potential Prize Winner will be disqualified and the Sponsor will select an alternate Prize Winner. The name and a photograph of the Prize Winner will be published in at least one future issue of a Sporty's catalog, and will appear on the Sponsor's website, www.sportys.com. The Prize Winner's identity will be disclosed as may be required by law. The Prize Winner's name and hometown (not street address) may be listed in Sponsor's publications, on its website, in its releases to the press, and will be published and available on Sponsor's website for ninety days following the close of the sweepstakes period. Prize Winner is responsible for applicable local, state, or Federal taxes.
- All entries become property of the Sponsor, and no entries will be acknowledged. All entries have an equal chance of winning. By entering each entrant (and entrant's parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) agrees: (a) to be bound by these Official Sweepstakes Rules; (b) that any claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sporty's Corvette Sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a Federal or state court within the State of Ohio; (c) that any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sporty's Corvette Sweepstakes, but in no event shall such damages include attorneys' fees; and (d) that under no circumstances will an entrant (and entrant's parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) be permitted to obtain awards for, and each entrant (and entrant's parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, consequential, or other damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses. No entrant (or entrant's parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) shall claim or receive any damages subject to being multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning these Official Sweepstakes Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrants or the Sponsor in connection with the Sporty's Corvette Sweepstakes, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Ohio or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Ohio. In no event will more than one Prize be awarded.
- NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. To enter Sporty's Corvette Sweepstakes without ordering from Sporty's send a self-addressed, stamped business size (#10) envelope to Sporty's Corvette Sweepstakes, P. O. Box 694, Williamsburg, Ohio 45176. Official alternative entry materials will be sent. Only valid official alternate entry forms will be accepted and each must be mailed separately. No reproductions will be accepted. All correspondence, including addressing, must be in entrant's personal handwriting. No machined and/or electronic correspondence shall be accepted. No mass/bulk mailing of any kind shall be accepted. Send completed alternate entry forms to Sporty's Corvette Sweepstakes, P. O. Box 420, Williamsburg, Ohio 45176. All entries must be received by 10:00 a.m. EDT June 11, 2010. No responsibility will be assumed for lost, misdirected, or late mail. The Sponsor reserves the right to amend and interpret these rules.
