Sporty's Pilot Shop served as one of the stops today on the Short Wing Piper Club's (SWPC) poker run, one of the many events held in conjunction with the SWPC national convention. Nearly 20 planes and over 30 people participated and were treated to a lunch of grilled hot dogs, metts and brats, compliments of Sporty's. Members also took advantage of their stop at Clermont County Airport to shop Sporty's retail store and take tours of the airport, including Sandy's Airpark. The Short Wing Piper Club's National Convention continues through June 25, 2010 at Middletown, Ohio's Hook Field.
