The Sporty's Academy Instrument Rating Course is approved under Federal Aviation Regulations, Part 141. The Training Course Outline provides for the following maximum times. Students who attain the required proficiency and ability may graduate with less instruction and flight time as long as the FAR 141 regulatory minimums have been completed.
