How do I place an order?

When you find the product you need, select any options for that product and click 'add to basket'. Continue shopping until you have all the products you need and click the checkout button.

Is it safe to order online?

All transactions are completed on our secure server. In secure mode, your computer and our server begin communicating, sending data back and forth in an encrypted format. All of your personal information including name, address, and credit card number are encrypted so it cannot be read as the information travels across the internet. Once your order is processed all credit card information is erased from our web server.

What payment methods are accepted?

Sporty's Tool Shop accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Eurocard, and PayPal. Checks and money orders are accepted for mail in orders.

One Day Air Service

Most orders can be delivered the next business day for an additional $19.95. Note: Oversized orders and orders over 25 lb. will require additional postage. You will be called.

Do you ship internationally?

Sporty's Tool Shop gladly ships orders outside the United States. There are two options for international shipping.

I-Parcel

This option allows you to know the fully landed cost of your international shipment including all duties, taxes and shipping charges up front. With I-Parcel, all of those fees are collected during checkout, and you will not owe anything more. Your package will arrive in an average of 4-8 business days, and tracking is available from the time it leaves Sporty’s until it is delivered to your door. You will be charged the actual shipping, duties and taxes during checkout. I-Parcel is currently available in 90 countries. If I-Parcel does not show up as a shipping option during checkout, the service is not available to your country.

International airmail

This option is less expensive, but is slower and does not offer tracking. You will be charged for international airmail shipping plus an additional $14 for international packaging, documentation and guaranteed delivery. Any customs duties and taxes will be due upon receipt of the package. Your package will arrive in an average of 10-14 business days.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We’re proud to offer the fastest service of anyone in the business. If you order today before 4:00 P.M. Eastern (weekdays), it will be on its way this afternoon. Mail orders ship the same day we receive them.

Note: Engraved and Embroidered items will ship in two days in most instances.

Delivery time for international orders is approximately 14 business days depending on customs and destination.

What is your return policy?

If you would like a refund or exchange, please return the product, along with this form, in the same condition in which it was received, within 30 days. Personalized products such as embroidered shirts or engraved glasses are not returnable.

Our Guarantee

Our guarantee has not changed since we introduced our first product in 1962. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, let us know – we will make it right. If you would like a refund or exchange, please return the product on a timely basis (within 30 days), in the same condition in which it was received. After 30 days, we will continue to support the product for a full year, but refunds and exchanges are not accepted. Personalized products such as embroidered shirts or engraved glasses are not returnable.
