Allows the SP-200, SP-400, SP-125, JD-200 NAV/COM and JD-100 to be powered externally from a 110 volt or 220 volt wall outlet. Plugs directly into the side of the JD-200/SP-200/SP-125 and permits the radio to operate normally with or without a battery pack attached. Also charges the optional NiMH battery pack (#1639) if installed, and is safe for use with the standard Alkaline Battery Pack. Power cord measures 6 ft. long. JD-100 and JD-200 no longer manufactured.
