Yes, you read that right. You'll talk to a Sporty’s employee with an average customer service tenure of 28 years. This isn’t a phone bank in some remote location—our Customer Service people work side by side with other staff right here at the Clermont County Airport in Ohio.

How do I find the product I need?

Our online store is organized by categories and groups. You can browse through these categories and groups to find what you need. You can also search for any product by name, keyword or product number.

How do I place an order?

When you find the product you need, select any options for that product and click 'add to cart'. Continue shopping until you have all the products you need and click the checkout button.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Eurocard, and PayPal. Checks and money orders are accepted for mail in orders.

Free Shipping

Free shipping offers only available on certain products and valid for 48 contiguous U.S. States only. Excludes Alaska, Hawaii and International orders. We ship by UPS, FedEx, and US Mail. See below for international shipping charges and delivery times.

Do you ship internationally?

We gladly ship orders outside the United States. There are two options for international shipping.

I-Parcel

This option allows you to know the fully landed cost of your international shipment including all duties, taxes and shipping charges up front. With I-Parcel, all of those fees are collected during checkout, and you will not owe anything more. Your package will arrive in an average of 4-8 business days, and tracking is available from the time it leaves Sporty’s until it is delivered to your door. You will be charged the actual shipping, duties and taxes during checkout. I-Parcel is currently available in 90 countries. If I-Parcel does not show up as a shipping option during checkout, the service is not available in your country.

International airmail

This option is less expensive, but is slower and does not offer tracking. You will be charged for international airmail shipping plus an additional $14 for international packaging, documentation and guaranteed delivery. Any customs duties and taxes will be due upon receipt of the package. Your package will arrive in an average of 30 business days.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We offer the fastest shipping in the business, so you won't have to wait for your important charts or a last-minute gift. Since we stock almost everything we sell, we offer same day shipping: in-stock orders placed by 5pm Eastern (weekdays), will be shipped that same day, often within minutes of ordering.

Orders placed on weekends and holidays will ship the next business day. You can calculate the transit time of your package beginning on the day it ships.

Orders shipping to the United States have three shipping options: ground (which typically takes 3-5 days), 2-day air, or overnight. Note that these are days in transit are business days, so Saturday and Sunday are not included. We ship by UPS and US Mail.

What is your return policy?

If you would like a refund or exchange, please return the product, along with this form, in the same condition in which it was received, within 30 days. Personalized products such as embroidered shirts or engraved glasses are not returnable. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Our Guarantee

Our guarantee has not changed since we introduced our first product in 1962. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, let us know – we will make it right. If you would like a refund or exchange, please return the product on a timely basis (within 30 days), in the same condition in which it was received. After 30 days, we will continue to support the product for a full year, but refunds and exchanges are not accepted. Personalized products such as embroidered shirts or engraved glasses are not returnable.

How do I get my user name and password?

You'll have the choice to create an account after placing an order. Although you don't need an account to complete an order, it will speed up the checkout process during future visits.

Selected Catalog items can be gift wrapped for only $7.95 each, professionally wrapped in navy blue paper with brilliant white ribbon and a personalized card. Please add one day to our standard delivery. Not all items are eligible for gift wrapping. You will see the gift wrapping option as you place items in your shopping cart.

Here at Sporty’s we do everything we can to make your shopping experience as easy and enjoyable as possible.
