The Airborne Charging Pack will keep all your mobile devices powered from ignition to shut down. Two USB ports provide up to 6.0 amps (3.0 amps each), giving it plenty of power for even the newest tablets.
An integrated LED screen displays the voltage of the cigarette lighter socket it is plugged into. When you plug USB device into it, the screen changes to show the number of amps your device is drawing. You can see in a glance how many amps your device is pulling.
The USB ports and screen are mounted to a bracket. This bracket pivots up to 45 degrees to provide a better viewing angle. Works in 12 volt and 24-volt aircraft.
The LED screen will blink if low voltage is detected (below 12 volts or between 18 to 24 volts). The smart power management circuit design with over current and over-charge protection keeps your devices safe while providing optimal charging capabilities.
Included Flight Gear Smart Charging Cables will charge any device with a lightning or USB-C in port. Majority of today’s mobile phones and tablets are powered via the lightning plug cable. The USB-C cable will take care of the remaining phones and tablets, in addition to popular aviation handhelds (PJ2+ COM, L6 COM, Sentry devices, Stratus, Garmin Aera 760, etc.). Each cable measures four feet in length.
