The Panel Dock matches the look and feel of the rest of your avionics stack, giving you a professional looking panel. Your GPS is held securely in place, and as a result, the touchscreen controls feel comfortable and stable. In flight, you will appreciate your portable GPS and wires out of the way of your controls.
One of the features of our Panel Docks is cable management for portable devices. This Panel Dock uses the Garmin docking connector creating a hassle free connection. Just click the aera 760 into place and you are ready to go. The Panel Dock holds the aera 760 securely in place with the ability to quickly remove the GPS from the aircraft. There is a built-in actuator for the power button giving easy access for power and brightness control.
The aera 760 Panel Dock fits a standard radio stack. Dimensions are 6.25" wide by 8.0 high and 2.03” deep. The aera 760 Panel Dock fits the same opening as the 696 or aera 796 Panel Dock so upgrading is simple as it uses the same hole layout for mounting. It is also compatible with the tilt adapter.
