Legendary in the field of aviation, the Boeing 747 has seen a star-studded life in the history books. Produced from 1969 until 2023, there were 1,574 manufactured
in the 5.5-decade span. Designed to carry hundreds of passengers on 10,000-mile journeys across the globe, it had a high cruising speed, altitude, and payload
capacity. Shortly after its introduction, dozens of variants and hundreds of airlines begun to order the type, with it’s legacy shaping modern day commercial aviation.
To this day, the prolific jumbo jet is recognizable by anyone and everyone across the world.
Produced as both intercontinental and freighter variants, the 747-8 family can seat 467 passengers or 46 freight pallets, piloted by a crew of two in the cockpit.
Differentiating the two, the 747-8I has two prominent deck levels with passengerwindows, while the 747-8F has the slightly raised single deck with few windows at
the front. Sustaining the immense 987,000 lb maximum weight, both editions are powered by the General Electric GEnx-2B67 engines, producing 270,000 lbs of
takeoff thrust. Resulting performance is a top speed of 594 mph, range up to 9,000 miles, and altitude ceiling of 43,100 ft.
Sent off as the second to last Boeing 747 ever made, this beautiful freighter is part of the collaborative operation by Atlas Air and Kuehne + Nagel to more
efficiently transport cargo. With sustainable fuels, supply chain management, and transparent emissions reports, they provide logistical services that better the
future in aviation. Die-Cast replica has an authentic paint scheme, etched panel lines, and pad-printed decals, and retracted or deployed landing gear. Also comes
