B-17 Bomber Wright R-1820 Cyclone Valve

This authentic B-17 Bomber Valve was used on a Wright R-1820 Cyclone engine. The R-1820 is an American radial engine developed by Curtiss-Wright, widely used on aircraft in the 1930s – 1950s. The R-1820 was used on many famous aircraft including early Douglas airliners and bombers including the B-17 Flying Fortress and the SBD Dauntless. Please note: the valve has been used on a real aircraft engine so there will be blemishes, oil stains, and residue on each valve. No two are alike. Valve measures 6”h x 3.25” in dia.
