Flight Gear Introduces Starlink Mini Suction Cup Mount

Secure, adjustable mounting solution, designed specifically for Starlink Mini

Starlink Mini has quickly become a must-have connectivity tool for pilots—but finding a secure, flexible mounting location in the cockpit hasn’t always been easy. Flight Gear’s new Starlink Mini Suction Cup Mount solves that problem with a purpose-built design, engineered for real-world flying.

Designed to secure directly into the Starlink Mini’s main cavity, the mount uses dual 3.5-inch double-gasket suction cups, attached to a rugged aluminum alloy bracket. Unlike basic suction mounts, each cup rotates a full 360 degrees, and the multi-positional arms allow pilots to attach the unit to curved or angled windows, not just flat glass. A single-press locking mechanism ensures a firm hold—even as temperatures and conditions change.

Built for dependable performance, the mount supports up to 8.5 pounds and has been tested in temperatures ranging from –20°C to 50°C, making it well suited for year-round flying in a wide variety of aircraft and environments.

The adjustable design accommodates multiple mounting scenarios:

  • Fully extended: 19.5 inches wide—ideal for larger rear windows, as in a Cessna 182

  • Standard mounting range:  approximately 17 inches wide

  •  Compressed configuration: down to 13 inches for smaller windows or non-aircraft use, including camping and outdoor setups

Whether streaming weather updates, downloading charts, or staying connected on long cross-country flights, this Flight Gear mount keeps Starlink Mini secure, visible, and exactly where pilots need it.

The Flight Gear Starlink Mini Suction Cup Mount is available for just $59.95 at Sportys.com.
