Importantly, the radio remains purpose-built for backup use, delivering only the most essential information without unnecessary complexity. A one-touch emergency mode tunes 121.5 as the active frequency and navigates to your predetermined home airport, while the dedicated squelch knob makes it easy to fine tune reception.
