Sporty’s welcomes flight schools, FBOs, and independent CFIs to apply to become Sporty's dealers. To receive a discount on our products, at least two of a specific item must be purchased.

Sporty’s has designed our dealer program, to offer high quality pilot supplies and educational products at an excellent value. Whether you’re looking for aviation curriculum, which can be found in Sporty’s complete Pilot Training Courses or a complete line of pilot supplies, including Flight Gear Bags, kneeboards, logbooks and more, Sporty’s has the products to help your students and your business.
If you're an FBO, Flight School or independent CFI, we encourage you to fill out an application to become a Sporty’s dealer so your students will have access to many of the great products offered by Sporty’s, right at your airport location.
Sporty’s welcomes flight schools, FBOs, and independent CFIs to apply to become Sporty's dealers.
Sporty’s dealers are expected to promote Sporty’s products on their premises and may advertise on their website. Dealers are strictly prohibited from selling products online to their customers.
Note: FAA charts are specifically excluded from this advertising policy.

Sporty's dealer orders are accepted online.
Online orders: Can be placed by logging into your Sporty’s dealer account. - In order to receive a discount, at least two of an item must be ordered.
- Payment must accompany all dealer orders and may be in the form of Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal, or a check.
- Dealer pricing on Sporty’s Holiday “Deal of the Day Items” is taken from the original retail price and not the “Deal of the Day” price.
Dealer orders are shipped by ground shipping FOB Batavia. Dealer orders are charged actual shipping charges, which are displayed at the end of the order process.
Sporty’s is required to collect and remit sales tax on transactions occurring in states that have a state sales tax. As a Sporty’s dealer, if you provide us with your resale/tax exemption certificate, sales tax will not be collected on your orders. Once your certificate is received, we will update your account so that any orders placed with us are exempt from sales tax.
If you are eligible and have a tax exemption certificate, please email it to taxexempt@sportys.com.
Not all items are eligible to receive a discount. A partial list of non-discounted items includes:
- Headsets from Lightspeed, Bose, David Clark, Clarity Aloft, Telex
- GPSs from Garmin
- ADS-B receivers from Appareo, Garmin, and ForeFlight
Due to a Ray Ban policy, Ray Ban sunglasses may not be purchased by Sporty's dealers.
To determine if an item receives a discount, first log in to your dealer account. If a product does not show a discounted price beneath the retail price—labeled "as low as" or "buy 2 for..."—then it is not eligible for a discount.
Under no circumstances shall any of our copyrighted materials be reproduced in any form.
To protect the long-term interests of Sporty’s, its dealers, and customers, Sporty’s has adopted a Minimum Resale Price Policy.
The minimum resale price for each product is the retail price listed on Sporty’s website, www.sportys.com. This policy is unilaterally adopted and enforced strictly and uniformly.
While resellers may set their own prices, Sporty’s reserves the right to cancel and refuse future orders from any reseller who promotes or sells items below the minimum price. This policy is non-negotiable.

Note: FAA charts are excluded from this resale price policy.
Sporty's will accept dealer returns for refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in resalable condition. FAA charts are not returnable.
- Dealers shall not sell obsolete charts
- FAA charts will be sold at no more than list price (plus tax and shipping)
- Dealers should not communicate with FAA about charts; contact Sporty’s instead
- Latest edition dates will be provided to dealers regularly
