These portable Docking Stations are custom-made for popular Garmin panel mount GPSs: simply slide your GPS out of the airplane (using a 3/32 Allen wrench) and into this Dock, and you can practice without running down your aircraft’s battery. Learn how to navigate through pages, set up approaches, and use advanced features (using simulator mode on your GPS). Also great for entering flight plans at home. The optional cooling fan is recommended if units are to be used for over 1 hour. Includes power cable, AC cord, and Allen wrench. Docking Stations convert regular household 110V to DC power for the avionics.
