The NOMAD TSO’d is the NOMAD Pro with a David Clark M7A TSO’d microphone installed on the mic boom. The NOMAD TSO’d has the same control box as the NOMAD Pro with a stereo/mono switch, dual volume controls, and a 3.5mm aux input.
Upgrade your consumer ANR headset for use in the cockpit.
Many professional pilots will carry two headsets: one for use in the cockpit and one for use when deadheading in the back. With the NFlightmic NOMAD, you can omit one of those headsets from your equation.
The NOMAD Microphone attaches to the outside of popular consumer grade ANR headsets, like the Bose QC25 and QC35, and adapts them for use in aviation intercom systems. The mic provides the audio output into your intercom system, while a small, 2.5mm plug inserted into the headphones provides the audio input for hearing. The NOMAD is especially useful in the low noise environments found in modern jets.
Features:
• High quality aviation microphone
• Mic attaches with included 3M Dual Lock
• Adjustable volume control
• Cables measure over 6 ft in length
