These oxygen filling station kits provide almost everything you need to get started, just add oxygen tanks (not included). This is perfect for an FBO looking to expand their services, or a home set up for frequent flyers. The standard CGA540 will fill most portable oxygen systems. These kits also come with 2 additional filling adapters allowing you to fill almost any aviation oxygen system.

Cascade systems allow you to fill oxygen cylinders by starting with the tank with the least amount of pressure and topping your tank off with the highest-pressure tank. This allows you to accurately fill tanks as needed. Most FBOs will use a 2 Cylinder set up on a cart for mobility.
Each filling station is made, assembled, and tested in the USA. The oxygen bottles are not included. Large, pressurized oxygen tanks can be purchased/rented from oxygen supply companies.Â
