This 1:72 scale, die-Cast model replicates the Tornado IDS variable-sweep wing fighter-bomber. Developed and manufactured jointly between Italy, the UK, and West Germany, the Tornado first flew on August 14, 1974. Featuring an opening canopy, optional landing gear, detachable ordnance loads, and display stand, it includes markings for the German Navy MFG 2. Based from Eggebeck AB in Germany during the 1990s, it carries legendary AGM-88 HARM anti-radiation missiles under the fuselage. Measures about 9.25”l with a 7.75" wingspan.
