Opening 1: Part-Time Order Fulfillment II We are hiring responsible individuals to work in our Fulfillment Center, assisting with call center order entry as well as picking and packing customer orders.
Opening 2: Full-Time Personalization Department
A full-time Personalization Department position is available for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in craftsmanship and enjoys hands-on work. This role is ideal for someone who likes working with equipment, learning new skills, and producing high-quality customized products.
Requested Skill Set
A self-motivated, take-charge attitude with the ability to work independently.
Strong attention to detail with pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.
Willingness to learn new equipment and techniques, including laser engraving, UV printing, and vinyl cutting.
Flexibility to move between tasks and support different areas as needed.
A team-first mindset with a focus on getting the job done right.
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple orders at once.
Computer skills, including comfort working with design and production software, while navigating standard programs (Google Docs/Sheets or similar).
Prior experience with personalization equipment is helpful, but not required.
Responsibilities
This role supports the personalization department and will evolve as needs change. The position ensures customer orders are completed accurately and on time.
Listed below is the basic outline of the position.
-Operate and maintain personalization equipment including laser engravers, UV printers, and vinyl cutters.
-Prepare and personalize products according to order specifications.
-Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
-Assist with embroidery production during high-volume periods.
-Maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
-Manage workflow to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
-Learn and adapt to new processes, materials, and equipment.
-Assist with other production or operational tasks as needed.
Schedule and Benefits
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Part-Time Casual Order Fulfillment We are looking for responsible individuals to work in our Fulfillment Center on an as-needed, year-round basis a few days each month. Typical hours are 9:00 a.m. to noon, with the possibility of staying later if needed.
Part-Time Seasonal Order FulfillmentWe are hiring responsible individuals to support our team during the busy holiday season in our Fulfillment center working in the call center, warehouse, or embroidery department.

Comprehensive flight training is provided by Sporty’s Academy, including flight training for the University of Cincinnati’s Aviation Technology Program. Cincinnati Avionics delivers expert avionics installations for customers operating general aviation aircraft.
